At RPS Water Pumps, we want to ensure your home water systems operate perfectly. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your pump or accessories within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

  Clean and Package

  Ensure all water is drained from the pump and place the unit in its original packaging along with all included manuals, fittings, and hardware.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Attach the provided shipping label or your own carrier label to the exterior of the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit to verify its condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
